November 2021: Golden Valley experienced a 2.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Golden Valley rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Golden Valley in November 2020, as well.
