Ramsey median home prices rose by 1.5% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Ramsey rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Ramsey in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
