Home prices increased in St. Francis during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in St. Francis rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Francis in October 2020.
