Median home prices in Eden Prairie rose to $485,000 in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Eden Prairie rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Eden Prairie in October 2020.
