North St. Paul median home prices rose by 6.7% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in North St. Paul rose by $18,751 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $278,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North St. Paul in October 2020.
