Rising home prices in St. Paul in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in St. Paul rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 17.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 212 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $235,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 256 homes sold in St. Paul in October 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
