Eureka Center home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Eureka Center fell by $581,587 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 54% decrease over the $1,076,587 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Eureka Center in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Eureka Center for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,778, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
