What happened to the median home price in Carver during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Carver rose by $66,550 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 18.1% increase over the $368,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Carver in the third quarter of 2020.
