Oak Grove home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Oak Grove rose by $72,500 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Oak Grove in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oak Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,448, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
