Chaska median home prices rose by 14.2% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Chaska rose by $44,900 while total sales increased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $315,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Chaska in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chaska for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,272, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
