Pricing for the median home in East Bethel increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in East Bethel rose by $98,900 while total sales increased by 115.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $398,900 - a 33% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in East Bethel in the third quarter of 2020.
