How did home prices perform in Hamburg during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hamburg fell by $99,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,750 - a 25.5% decrease over the $390,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hamburg in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Hamburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,648, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
