Ramsey home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Ramsey rose by $39,950 while total sales increased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,950 - a 13.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Ramsey in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
