What happened to the median home price in St. Francis during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St. Francis rose by $52,400 while total sales increased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 22.1% increase over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in St. Francis in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
