Columbus median home prices fell by 10.1% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Columbus fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbus in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,826, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
