Farmington median home prices rose by 22.2% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Farmington rose by $60,707 while total sales increased by 65.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,957 - a 22.2% increase over the $273,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Farmington in September 2020.
