Median home prices in Grant rose to $620,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Grant rose by $200,050 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 - a 47.6% increase over the $419,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Grant in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grant for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,686, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
