The third quarter of 2021: Medina experienced a 40.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Medina rose by $258,750 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 40.4% increase over the $641,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Medina in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,289, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
