Pricing for the median home in Jordan decreased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Jordan fell by $28,142 while total sales remained unchanged with 24 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,808 - a 7.5% decrease over the $373,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Jordan in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Jordan for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,620, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
