The third quarter of 2021: Belle Plaine experienced a 12.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Belle Plaine rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Belle Plaine in the third quarter of 2020.
