Pricing for the median home in Edina increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Edina rose by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $655,500 - a 9.1% increase over the $601,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in Edina in the third quarter of 2020.
