Woodbury median home prices rose by 16.7% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Woodbury rose by $56,750 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 355 homes sold, with a median sale price of $396,700 - a 16.7% increase over the $339,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 282 homes sold in Woodbury in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Woodbury for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,149, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
