Rising home prices in Arden Hills in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Arden Hills rose by $27,050 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $392,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Arden Hills in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Arden Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,612, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
