The third quarter of 2021: White Bear Township experienced a 24.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in White Bear Township rose by $81,838 while total sales increased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,000 - a 24.4% increase over the $335,162 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in White Bear Township in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in White Bear Township for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,459, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
