What happened to the median home price in New Brighton during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in New Brighton rose by $43,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 14.3% increase over the $304,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in New Brighton in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Brighton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,632, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
