Roseville home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Roseville rose by $45,050 while total sales increased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $289,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Roseville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Roseville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,618, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
