Home prices increased in Oakdale during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Oakdale rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 4% increase over the $274,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Oakdale in the third quarter of 2020.
