What happened to the median home price in Eden Prairie during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Eden Prairie rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 158 homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Eden Prairie in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Eden Prairie for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,772, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
