Home prices increased in North St. Paul during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in North St. Paul rose by $40,750 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 16% increase over the $254,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in North St. Paul in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
