The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lauderdale rose by $51,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,250 - a 29.3% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lauderdale in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lauderdale for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,721, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
