Maple Plain median home prices rose by 24.4% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Maple Plain rose by $78,400 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,900 - a 24.4% increase over the $321,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Maple Plain in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,679, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
