Median home prices in St. Louis Park fell to $353,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St. Louis Park fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 139 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Louis Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
