Home prices increased in Bloomington during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Bloomington rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 224 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $323,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Bloomington in the third quarter of 2020.
