The third quarter of 2021: Hopkins experienced a 6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hopkins rose by $19,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 36 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 6% increase over the $327,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Hopkins in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
