Brooklyn Park home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Brooklyn Park rose by $33,750 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 230 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,250 - a 11.8% increase over the $286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in the third quarter of 2020.
