Falling home prices in Long Lake in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Long Lake fell by $84,950 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 21.8% decrease over the $389,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Long Lake in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
