New Prague median home prices rose by 60.8% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in New Prague rose by $141,111 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,111 - a 60.8% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in New Prague in September 2020.
