Deephaven median home prices rose by 12.1% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Deephaven rose by $57,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,250 - a 12.1% increase over the $473,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Deephaven in September 2020.
