September 2021: Independence experienced a 46.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Independence fell by $394,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 46.7% decrease over the $844,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Independence in September 2020.
