Edina median home prices rose by 44.8% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Edina rose by $278,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 44.8% increase over the $621,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Edina in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Edina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,085, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
