Home prices increased in Chaska during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Chaska rose by $62,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 34 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $302,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Chaska in August 2020, as well.
