August 2021: Ramsey experienced a 14% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Ramsey rose by $41,650 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,900 - a 14% increase over the $298,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Ramsey in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
