Pricing for the median home in Eden Prairie increased during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Eden Prairie rose by $250 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,250 - a 0.1% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Eden Prairie in August 2020.
