August 2021: St. Anthony (Hennepin County) experienced a 12% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in St. Anthony in Hennepin County fell by $49,825 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 12% decrease over the $414,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Anthony in August 2020.
