Falling home prices in Little Canada in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Little Canada fell by $114,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 40% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little Canada in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
