August 2021: Excelsior experienced a 50.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Excelsior fell by $319,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,500 - a 50.6% decrease over the $632,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Excelsior in August 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Excelsior for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,838, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
