July 2021: Medina experienced a 14.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Medina rose by $86,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $699,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $612,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Medina in July 2020.
