July 2021: Home prices in Shakopee increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Shakopee rose by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 39.8% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Shakopee in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Shakopee for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,086, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
