July 2021: Lauderdale experienced a 15.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Lauderdale fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,500 - a 15.6% decrease over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lauderdale in July 2020.
