The first half of 2021: Home prices in New Germany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in New Germany rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in New Germany in the first half of 2020.
